Understanding Your Rights and Obligations as a Lab User

We believe that every patient deserves care that is compassionate, professional, and aligned with the highest standards. In compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations and in adherence to ISO 15189:2022 requirements, we proudly adopt the Patients’ Bill of Rights (PBoR).

The PBoR was created by the Federal Competition & Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), the Federal Ministry of Health, and other interested parties to protect the rights of patients across Nigeria. It is a collection of patients’ rights that are found in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the FCCPC Act, the Child Rights Act, the Freedom of Information Act, the National Health Act, the Hippocratic Oath, and other professional ethical codes and regulations.
